4. In your next meal, eat less carbohydrates.
As much as possible, eat at least 15 grams less carbs the next time you eat. Don’t skip your meals; just eat less carbs, which will actually force the body to utilize the extra sugar in your system.
5. Know which ones to eat.
Make sure you don’t eat foods that have high glycemic index, including white potatoes. Go for those with low GI, such as legumes and beans. Even if the food is healthy, if it has high GI, it is not good for you.
