  • Sugary drinks, junk food, and alcohol are fine as long as you exercise regularly.

What is surprising to many people is that eating foods that are rich in fat is good. But according to the researchers, if you want to lose weight, adopting a diet that is high in fat is ideal, especially if the diet consists of foods that are low in carbohydrates and sugar.

This is why it is recommended that athletes and those who are very physically active should stop eating foods that are high in carbohydrates. Instead, they should be eating foods that are high in fat because fat can provide more energy and does not need replacement.
