According to the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, these foods can help men last longer and stay firmer during sex.The Harvard University held the research, along with the University of East Anglia. The researchers discovered that the compound flavonoids can indeed be beneficial for men who could suffer from ED, reducing 14% of the risk for the disorder. The study was performed for 10 years with more than 25,000 men, who at the start of the investigation had no ED problems. After 10 years, the researchers discovered that men who ate more flavonoids had less erection problems than those who ate foods that are not rich in flavonoids.
