1. Processed Cheeses – These include American cheese and mozzarella sticks among others. They are not brain-friendly as they build up proteins in the body, which can increase the risk of memory loss and Alzheimer’s disease.

2. Beer – if you like to drink every night with your friends, it is time to limit your beer consumption to prevent memory loss in the future. Most of the beers that are available today contain nitrites, which also increase Alzheimer’s risk.

3. Microwave Popcorn – Unfortunately, your favorite snack to munch on while watching movies at home or at the cinema induces memory loss.
