An agency that underwent rebranding from being Mode Design Group to Viceroy Creative had its executives stark naked for their ads. While this is already an attention-grabbing campaign, there’s actually a more interesting story behind the shoot because the principals had to get into impeccable shape for the ad. The most notable was Gabrielle Rein, who is the creative director of the agency.

Five months before the shoot, Gabrielle was pregnant and therefore had to do more work to slim down. A few weeks before they started, both Gabrielle and Raegan Gillette, the account manager of the agency, only had 12 to 14 percent of their original body fat. So, how did they do it? They had a 30-day diet plan, which consisted of six meals and only 1,300 calories every day:

First Meal

  • Half a cup of rice-based cereal and almond milk in equivalent amount
  • Half a cup of blueberries
  • A scoop of protein shake without carbs

Second Meal

  • Three egg whites
  • ¼ cup of potatoes without anything else

Third Meal

  • Three ounces of ground turkey
  • Low-carb wrap
  • One cup of romaine lettuce

Fourth Meal

  • Three ounces of grilled chicken
  • A quarter of avocado fruit

Fifth Meal

  • Six ounces of fish
  • ¼ cup of jasmine rice, steamed
  • Six asparagus pieces

Sixth Meal

  • Six ounces of lean ground beef
  • A quarter of avocado
  • One cup of romaine lettuce

Gabrielle, along with her three companions in the shoot, was not allowed to drink alcohol and condiments, except hot sauce.

The new mom’s weight loss was not just because of her diet, but also due to rigorous exercise. She went through Equinox Tier 3+ training where professionals helped her perform some strength training routines. The workouts were performed five days every week, alongside their diet. Apart from the strength training, she also underwent Plus for Plus cardio every day of the week. This is developed to continue the process of burning unwanted fat, especially since she had to lose more weight than the others.

Notice that the diet consisted of a lot of protein to build the muscles, which can aid in looking so much better once the unattractive body fat disappears. If you just delivered a baby and you want to slim down fast, you can try the strength training moves and cardio along with the diet outlined above. However, it is important that you consult your physician first before you start the exercise or diet program.
