3. Carbs

To reduce your weight by 20 pounds within a week, you should not eat more than 50 grams of carbohydrates every day. This is because one gram of carb is equivalent to 2.7 grams of water.

4. What Not to Eat

You will have a lot of foods to avoid if you really want to lose weight. However, you can keep the list short by remembering not to eat fruits, salty and starchy foods, and anything with sugar.

5. What to Eat
