  • Iodine: As mentioned, table salt has iodine, but most of the products today come with synthetic iodine, which the body cannot absorb properly and can also reverse the positive effects of real iodine.
  • Fluoride: Too much fluoride can cause brain damage, lower IQ, and dysfunction of organs, such as kidneys.
  • Aluminum: This chemical is often linked to Alzheimer’s disease and can also harm bone development.
