Other diseases regular dairy consumption can cause include diabetes and surprisingly, osteoporosis as well.
If the mentioned reasons above are not enough for you, cows that produce milk are injected with growth hormones that not only make them unnatural, but also cause a variety of skin conditions, such as eczema, acne, and psoriasis. Instead of dairy, consume other alternatives milks and yogurts that are made from almond and coconuts.
